Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Blitz Global LLC, which owns and operates the SmartDealr product ("SmartDealr", "we", "us"). By accessing or using SmartDealr, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

SmartDealr aggregates deals, coupons, and product information from third-party merchants. We may use automated scoring, AI-generated summaries, and human curation. SmartDealr does not sell, fulfill, or ship the third-party products shown on the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13, or 16 where that higher threshold applies, to use SmartDealr. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, promptly report unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

Affiliate disclosure

Blitz Global LLC may earn a commission when you purchase through an affiliate link. Prices, availability, merchant terms, and product claims can change, so verify them on the merchant's site before purchasing.

Acceptable use

You may not use SmartDealr unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate affiliate tracking, scrape the service without permission, or submit fraudulent or infringing content.

Ownership

Blitz Global LLC and its licensors own the SmartDealr software, design, content we create, and product marks. Third-party merchants retain ownership of their products, marks, and content.

User content

If SmartDealr lets you submit content, you retain ownership and grant Blitz Global LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and format that content to operate, promote, and improve SmartDealr. You must have the right to submit it.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using SmartDealr at any time. Blitz Global LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, security risk, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartDealr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Blitz Global LLC does not warrant the continued validity of a deal, price, coupon, merchant statement, or AI-assisted summary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitz Global LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to SmartDealr. Aggregate direct liability will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Blitz Global LLC for SmartDealr during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Blitz Global LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors against claims and expenses arising from your unlawful use of SmartDealr, violation of these terms, infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms and will post a revised effective date. Material changes receive additional notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without written consent. These terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
